Terms & Conditions : Let's Make This EASY!

  • By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • By placing an order with Sister Act Designs, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to rent from us.
  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Sister Act Designs only. We never sell or distribute any personal information.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Order costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Here’s what we expect from you:

Deposits

To reserve all items for the requested date the total rental cost is required.   The deposit will only be charged once we have sent you an Order Confirmation.

Cancellations

If the order is canceled within two weeks before the event, the full amount is forfeited. No further charges will be made.

Broken Items

If an item has been damaged or lost your credit card will be charged for the full amount it was purchased for by Sister Act Designs. 

Late Items

A late fee of 10% of the total rental cost per day will be charged for each day the items are not returned after the rental term is over. After 10 days, the equipment is considered lost.

 

What you can expect from us:

Once a contract is signed and full amount paid, we will be happy to reserve the items you have requested. Items will be in good condition and ready for your special event.

 

 

Personal Information

 

All personal information you provide us with will be handled by Sister Act Designs.  The information you provide is only available to Sister Act Designs and Stripe ( our credit card processor). It will not be shared with any third parties. By accepting the Sister Act Designs Conditions, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

 

 

Credit Card Security

 

Our website is secured by Stripe. Credit card numbers will be destroyed once all items have been returned and deemed in working order.
